Repeatability
All jewellery pieces produced by Wai-Yuk Kennedy are unique hand-crafted items. Styles and colourways can be repeated but no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods within 1 week of receiving your order. When an item must be specially made and there might be a delay we will always let you know.
Payment
All goods remain property of Wai-Yuk Kennedy until fully paid for.
Guarantee
If the customer is not completely satified with any goods, a full refund will be given if the items are returned undamaged within 7 days of receipt.
Note: return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Durability and Care
All fabrics are likely to experience some colour changes over time. There should be no appreciable changes in our products for many years, however, provided that they are not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. If an item becomes wet it should suffer no harm or loss of shape if it is allowed to dry naturally.
